Job Description
Responsible for the overall Service & Parts Operations. 
Maintain proper inventory levels in parts while motivating the service and parts team. 
Supervise a brand new modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment with 20 bays, 10 Technicians, and 3 Service Advisors
Responsible for hiring, training, and monitoring staff performance.
 
Requirements
3+ years of previous automotive dealership Fixed Ops Management 
Proven CSI 
Excellent communication skills 
Computer literacy 
Must have a valid state driver?s license 
Must meet company?s requirements for employment
